Located inside the Swiss Designer Sport store in Bern, the JOIA Capsule Studio offers a semi-private Reformer Pilates experience with 4 reformers only, designed for a focused and intimate practice.

This capsule concept brings JOIA’s signature approach to movement, precise, intentional and community-focused into a unique retail environment. With a carefully selected schedule and limited class spots, each session delivers a truly unique experience.

Victoria

Victoria is a STOTT PILATES® Reformer certified instructor and Neuchâtel Studio Coordinator at JOIA. Her teaching blends technical accuracy with dynamic, motivating instruction. Also certified in Pilates Mat and Yoga, her goal is simple: to help students build strength and fully enjoy every moment of their practice.

Patricia

I am a certified Polestar Pilates Instructor and a passionate architect. My teaching philosophy is based on the principles of continuous improvement and development and my classes are designed to promote strength, flexibility, efficient movement and optimal alignment and posture.

Chloé

Chloé is deeply passionate about movement in all its forms. Fascinated by how the body moves, adapts, and expresses itself, she is currently completing her STOTT PILATES certification. With a background in pole dance, she brings a sense of elegance, fluidity, and flow into her classes. Her intention is to create a mindful and empowering movement experience while sharing the incredible benefits of Pilates.
