General<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"889\">By booking a class or subscribing to a membership with <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"708\">JOIA S\u00e0rl (Neuch\u00e2tel)<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"741\">JOIA Vaud S\u00e0rl (Lausanne)<\/strong>, the member acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms &amp; Conditions.<br data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"820\" \/>All bookings and payments must be made through the <strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"881\">BSport<\/strong> system.<\/p><hr data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"894\" \/><h2 data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"932\"><strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"932\">2. Bookings and Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1461\"><li data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"990\"><p data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"990\">All classes must be booked in advance via <strong data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"987\">BSport<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1074\"><p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1074\">Cancellations are accepted <strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1055\">up to 24 hours before the class<\/strong> without penalty.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1152\"><p data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1152\">After this deadline, the class credit will be <strong data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1149\">automatically deducted<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1208\"><p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1208\">Bookings are <strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1188\">non-transferable<\/strong> to other members.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1272\"><p data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1272\">Late entry is <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1242\">not permitted<\/strong> once the class has started.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1461\"><p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1461\">Classes and instructors may be <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1330\">changed or cancelled<\/strong> without prior notice due to operational reasons or force majeure.<br data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1399\" \/>No refunds or compensations will be provided for such changes.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1466\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1502\"><strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1502\">3. Memberships and Packages<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1532\"><strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1532\">3.1 Standard Packages<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1798\">All class packs and memberships are <strong data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1619\">personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1623\" \/>Payment is required at the time of purchase.<br data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1670\" \/>Suspensions may be granted only for medical reasons (illness, pregnancy, accident) with valid documentation and JOIA\u2019s approval.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1832\"><strong data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1832\">3.2 Unlimited Membership<\/strong><\/h3><h4 data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1851\"><strong data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1849\">Purpose<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1985\">The Unlimited Membership allows members to access an <strong data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1953\">unlimited number of Reformer Pilates classes<\/strong>, subject to class availability.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2018\"><strong data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2016\">Duration and Renewal<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2245\">The membership is valid for an <strong data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2090\">initial period of twelve (12) months<\/strong> starting from the subscription date.<br data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2130\" \/>It is <strong data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2161\">automatically renewed<\/strong> for an additional twelve (12) months unless cancelled according to the terms below.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2270\"><strong data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2268\">Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2581\">Cancellation requests must be sent <strong data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2343\">by email to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2341\">hello@joia-studio.com<\/a><\/strong> at least <strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2395\">30 days before the annual renewal date<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2399\" \/>Without written notice within this timeframe, the contract will automatically renew for another year.<br data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2503\" \/>No partial or full refunds will be granted for early termination or non-usage.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2610\"><strong data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2608\">Access and Usage<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"3086\"><li data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2717\"><p data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2717\">The Unlimited Membership provides access to all group Reformer Pilates classes at the selected studio.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2760\"><p data-start=\"2720\" data-end=\"2760\">Bookings are mandatory via <strong data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2757\">BSport<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2761\" data-end=\"2831\"><p data-start=\"2763\" data-end=\"2831\">A maximum of <strong data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2807\">two (2) active reservations<\/strong> at a time is allowed.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2832\" data-end=\"2935\"><p data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2935\">Unexcused absences (no-shows or late cancellations) may lead to <strong data-start=\"2898\" data-end=\"2932\">temporary booking restrictions<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"3016\"><p data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"3016\"><strong data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"2966\">Grip socks are mandatory<\/strong> for all classes for hygiene and safety reasons.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3086\"><p data-start=\"3019\" data-end=\"3086\">Access to the studio is only permitted with a valid active booking.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3122\"><strong data-start=\"3093\" data-end=\"3120\">Suspension and Transfer<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3422\">The membership is <strong data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3162\">strictly personal<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"3167\" data-end=\"3187\">non-transferable<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3188\" data-end=\"3191\" \/>Temporary suspension may be granted only in cases of <strong data-start=\"3244\" data-end=\"3261\">force majeure<\/strong> (illness, pregnancy, accident) upon presentation of valid medical proof.<br data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3337\" \/>Requests must be sent via email to <strong data-start=\"3372\" data-end=\"3397\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3374\" data-end=\"3395\">hello@joia-studio.com<\/a><\/strong> for review and approval.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"3424\" data-end=\"3451\"><strong data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3449\">Fees and Payment<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3452\" data-end=\"3719\">The monthly fee for the Unlimited Membership is\u00a0payable monthly, bi-annualy or annualy.<br data-start=\"3531\" data-end=\"3534\" \/>Upon renewal, the current rate at that time will apply automatically.<br data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3606\" \/>Failure to make a payment may result in <strong data-start=\"3646\" data-end=\"3687\">temporary suspension of studio access<\/strong> until full payment is received.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3721\" data-end=\"3724\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3726\" data-end=\"3760\"><strong data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3760\">4. Hygiene and Studio Rules<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"4192\"><li data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"3813\"><p data-start=\"3763\" data-end=\"3813\"><strong data-start=\"3763\" data-end=\"3791\">Grip socks are mandatory<\/strong> during all classes.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3814\" data-end=\"3907\"><p data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"3907\">All members must <strong data-start=\"3833\" data-end=\"3858\">clean their equipment<\/strong> after use with the provided cleaning products.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3908\" data-end=\"3953\"><p data-start=\"3910\" data-end=\"3953\">Shoes are not allowed in the studio area.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3954\" data-end=\"3996\"><p data-start=\"3956\" data-end=\"3996\">Phones must be set to <strong data-start=\"3978\" data-end=\"3993\">silent mode<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3997\" data-end=\"4051\"><p data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4051\">Proper, clean, and comfortable attire is required.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4052\" data-end=\"4126\"><p data-start=\"4054\" data-end=\"4126\">Eating, smoking, and bringing animals are not permitted in the studio.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4127\" data-end=\"4192\"><p data-start=\"4129\" data-end=\"4192\">JOIA is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4194\" data-end=\"4197\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4199\" data-end=\"4229\"><strong data-start=\"4202\" data-end=\"4229\">5. Health and Liability<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"4230\" data-end=\"4709\"><li data-start=\"4230\" data-end=\"4345\"><p data-start=\"4232\" data-end=\"4345\">Reformer Pilates can be physically demanding. Each member declares being in good health and fit to participate.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4346\" data-end=\"4417\"><p data-start=\"4348\" data-end=\"4417\">Classes are <strong data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4414\">not recommended for individuals under 16 years old<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4418\" data-end=\"4464\"><p data-start=\"4420\" data-end=\"4464\">Participation is at the member\u2019s own risk.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4465\" data-end=\"4629\"><p data-start=\"4467\" data-end=\"4629\">JOIA declines any responsibility for injury, accident, or damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4630\" data-end=\"4709\"><p data-start=\"4632\" data-end=\"4709\">Members are encouraged to have <strong data-start=\"4663\" data-end=\"4708\">personal liability and accident insurance<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4711\" data-end=\"4714\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4716\" data-end=\"4752\"><strong data-start=\"4719\" data-end=\"4752\">6. Closures and Interruptions<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4753\" data-end=\"5135\">JOIA reserves the right to close the studio for up to <strong data-start=\"4807\" data-end=\"4834\">five (5) weeks per year<\/strong> (holidays, maintenance, public holidays) without compensation.<br data-start=\"4897\" data-end=\"4900\" \/>In the event of a closure lasting more than <strong data-start=\"4944\" data-end=\"4973\">two (2) consecutive weeks<\/strong> (excluding force majeure), the membership duration will be extended accordingly.<br data-start=\"5054\" data-end=\"5057\" \/>No financial compensation will be provided for closures beyond JOIA\u2019s control.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5137\" data-end=\"5140\" \/><h2 data-start=\"5142\" data-end=\"5173\"><strong data-start=\"5145\" data-end=\"5173\">7. Conduct and Exclusion<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"5174\" data-end=\"5220\">JOIA reserves the right to exclude any member:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5221\" data-end=\"5495\"><li data-start=\"5221\" data-end=\"5289\"><p data-start=\"5223\" data-end=\"5289\">displaying disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5290\" data-end=\"5354\"><p data-start=\"5292\" data-end=\"5354\">failing to comply with safety, hygiene, or booking policies,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5355\" data-end=\"5495\"><p data-start=\"5357\" data-end=\"5495\">acting in a way that disturbs other members or staff.<br data-start=\"5410\" data-end=\"5413\" \/>Exclusion leads to the <strong data-start=\"5436\" data-end=\"5461\">immediate termination<\/strong> of the membership without refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"5497\" data-end=\"5500\" \/><h2 data-start=\"5502\" data-end=\"5542\"><strong data-start=\"5505\" data-end=\"5542\">8. Communication and Image Rights<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"5543\" data-end=\"5791\">By participating in JOIA classes or events, the member grants <strong data-start=\"5605\" data-end=\"5618\">JOIA S\u00e0rl<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"5623\" data-end=\"5641\">JOIA Vaud S\u00e0rl<\/strong> permission to use <strong data-start=\"5660\" data-end=\"5680\">photos or videos<\/strong> taken during sessions for communication or promotional purposes (website, social media, or printed materials).<\/p><hr data-start=\"5793\" data-end=\"5796\" \/><h2 data-start=\"5798\" data-end=\"5821\"><strong data-start=\"5801\" data-end=\"5821\">9.
