Graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School, Ladivia\u00a0is an entrepreneur with a strong background in brand strategy, business development, and hospitality management.<\/p>

As co-founder of JOIA, she plays a central role in defining and implementing the company\u2019s long-term vision. Her responsibilities include overseeing brand positioning, strategic partnerships, marketing and communication, and leading the studio\u2019s growth and expansion plans.<\/p>

With a sharp business mindset and deep interest in wellness, Ladivia brings a dual perspective \u2014 one that balances operational excellence with a strong focus on client experience and community building. Guided by a modern and mindful approach, she became STOTT PILATES\u00ae certified and has since dedicated herself to sharing the practice with authenticity and purpose.<\/span><\/p>

As co-founder, she defines the studio\u2019s vision and ensures it comes to life through exceptional coaching, a strong community, and an authentic client experience. At JOIA, Jo\u00eblle leads the coaching team, curates the studio\u2019s Pilates offering, and oversees training and continuous development.
