Sculpt brings a more dynamic and creative approach to your Reformer practice. Using props such as resistance bands, weights, or the magic circle, this class activates and tones specific muscle groups with precision and control. It combines strength and flow in smart, varied sequences designed to refine posture, improve stability and challenge your body in a mindful way.

Burn.

Your full-body energy boost.

Burn takes your Reformer practice to the next level, combining Pilates precision with strength and cardio sequences. With the use of the Jumpboard, this class brings rhythm, energy and endurance to your movement while maintaining control, alignment and mindfulness.

Glow Mama.

Movement made for motherhood.

Glow Mama is our Reformer Pilates class specially designed for pregnancy, postpartum and every gentle step in between. Gentle, empowering and deeply supportive, this class helps you stay connected to your body through safe, low-impact movements.

Each sequence is crafted to strengthen deep postural muscles, support the pelvic floor and improve mobility, while boosting energy and wellbeing, always with mindful, expert guidance.
