Our story

Two founders, one shared vision.

JO + IA

At the heart of JOIA are Joëlle and Ladivia, two women united by one vision: to elevate the art of movement and redefine the way we experience well-being.

Their paths, though different, share the same foundations, a passion for Pilates, a pursuit of excellence, and a deep belief in the power of human connection.

Together, they have shaped JOIA into more than a studio: a living experience that embodies Quality, Authenticity, and Community.

Rooted in the practice of Reformer Pilates, JOIA reimagines the studio experience through an approach that blends technical mastery, authenticity, and care.

Every element, from the precision of instruction to the ambiance of the space, has been thoughtfully designed to cultivate alignment, balance, and presence.

Each session takes place in an open and refined environment, equipped with state-of-the-art Merrithew Reformers, offering the highest standards of performance, comfort, and guidance.

JOIA goes beyond Pilates to cultivate a sense of belonging — uniting people through shared experiences, inspiring events, and a genuine spirit of community.
