By booking a class or subscribing to a membership with JOIA Sàrl (Neuchâtel) or JOIA Vaud Sàrl (Lausanne), the member acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings and payments must be made through the BSport system.
All classes must be booked in advance via BSport.
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the class without penalty.
After this deadline, the class credit will be automatically deducted.
Bookings are non-transferable to other members.
Late entry is not permitted once the class has started.
Classes and instructors may be changed or cancelled without prior notice due to operational reasons or force majeure.
No refunds or compensations will be provided for such changes.
All class packs and memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Suspensions may be granted only for medical reasons (illness, pregnancy, accident) with valid documentation and JOIA’s approval.
The Unlimited Membership allows members to access an unlimited number of Reformer Pilates classes, subject to class availability.
The membership is valid for an initial period of twelve (12) months starting from the subscription date.
It is automatically renewed for an additional twelve (12) months unless cancelled according to the terms below.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to hello@joia-studio.com at least 30 days before the annual renewal date.
Without written notice within this timeframe, the contract will automatically renew for another year.
No partial or full refunds will be granted for early termination or non-usage.
The Unlimited Membership provides access to all group Reformer Pilates classes at the selected studio.
Bookings are mandatory via BSport.
A maximum of two (2) active reservations at a time is allowed.
Unexcused absences (no-shows or late cancellations) may lead to temporary booking restrictions.
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes for hygiene and safety reasons.
Access to the studio is only permitted with a valid active booking.
The membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Temporary suspension may be granted only in cases of force majeure (illness, pregnancy, accident) upon presentation of valid medical proof.
Requests must be sent via email to hello@joia-studio.com for review and approval.
The monthly fee for the Unlimited Membership is payable monthly, bi-annualy or annualy.
Upon renewal, the current rate at that time will apply automatically.
Failure to make a payment may result in temporary suspension of studio access until full payment is received.
Grip socks are mandatory during all classes.
All members must clean their equipment after use with the provided cleaning products.
Shoes are not allowed in the studio area.
Phones must be set to silent mode.
Proper, clean, and comfortable attire is required.
Eating, smoking, and bringing animals are not permitted in the studio.
JOIA is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Reformer Pilates can be physically demanding. Each member declares being in good health and fit to participate.
Classes are not recommended for individuals under 16 years old.
Participation is at the member’s own risk.
JOIA declines any responsibility for injury, accident, or damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions.
Members are encouraged to have personal liability and accident insurance.
JOIA reserves the right to close the studio for up to five (5) weeks per year (holidays, maintenance, public holidays) without compensation.
In the event of a closure lasting more than two (2) consecutive weeks (excluding force majeure), the membership duration will be extended accordingly.
No financial compensation will be provided for closures beyond JOIA’s control.
JOIA reserves the right to exclude any member:
displaying disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior,
failing to comply with safety, hygiene, or booking policies,
acting in a way that disturbs other members or staff.
Exclusion leads to the immediate termination of the membership without refund.
By participating in JOIA classes or events, the member grants JOIA Sàrl and JOIA Vaud Sàrl permission to use photos or videos taken during sessions for communication or promotional purposes (website, social media, or printed materials).
The information collected is used exclusively for administrative and booking purposes.

JOIA Sàrl and JOIA Vaud Sàrl reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The current version is always available on www.joia-studio.com.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel for JOIA Sàrl and Lausanne for JOIA Vaud Sàrl.
