When does membership open to everyone?+
On 1 September. The first fifty can buy before that - and keep their reward for good.
What exactly do the first fifty receive?+
Everything in the membership, plus: a free month (one on three-month plans, two on twelve-month), fifteen percent off the collection, ten percent off drinks ordered online, early access before the public - and a private event exclusive for the first 50 members.
Which memberships qualify?+
Any three- or twelve-month membership - 1×, 2× or 3× a week, or Unlimited. The reward applies to whichever plan you choose.
Can I pause my membership?+
Yes - that's the freezing privilege. Seven days on a three-month term, thirty days a year on annual, minimum seven days per pause. Just write to the studio.
How does Bring a Friend work?+
Once a quarter, send us your friend's name, email and the date they'd like to come - we book their spot, and their first class is on us.
What happens to a class I don't use?+
Unused credits roll into the following month - up to one on the 1× plan, two on 2×, three on 3×. On unlimited there's nothing to carry over - you can already come as often as you like.
What if the fifty places fill?+
Then the offer closes. If demand is there, a new group of fifty may open each quarter - but no second round is promised, and the November morning is only for the first fifty.
How do I receive the private event invitation?+
Every one of the first fifty receives a personal invitation by email ahead of the November morning.
Can I use my membership at all three studios?+
Yes. Neuchâtel, Bern and Lausanne - your membership works in all of them.
